We offer four different different sorts of double rooms: Capelvenere (without air-con.); Equiseto (with air conditioning, seaview or gardenview and balcony), Arborea (with same facilities as the Equiseto ones but bigger), Osmunda (with the same familicities as the Arborea and a big terrace overlooking the sea and the garden).
Reduction on daily price per person for the third bed in double room:
from 1 to 5 years 50%
from 6 to 12 years 40%
over 13 years 20%.
Treatment Bed & Breakfast reduction of € 15,00 per person.
The solutions Family 'Slavini'. 'Felcedolce' and 'Osmunda' are ideal for families with the necessity to accomodate in two bedrooms. The difference between these rooms is the situation and the presence or no of air-conditionning.
Animals are welcome but they are not allowed in the restaurant and in the swimmingpool. The fee pro dog amounts to € 15.00 a day.
Check-in time on arrival day is between 2.00 p.m and 08.00 p.m. Please advise if you are meant to arrive later.
Check-out before 11:00 a.m on the day of departure
For fixed reservations down-payment is necessary within 14 days from the reservation, penalty expiry of terms and cancellation. The amount is to be agreed with the hotel direction.
In case of a delayed arrival or premature departure, less than 15 days before the expected date of arrival we will be forced not to return the deposit
