Only few tables, all thought and wanted for you
A glass wall of the restaurant, kept with the greatest care for detail, faces our gorgeous botanic garden, which becomes more and more the real protagonist of our kitchen.
Our chef Michele Nardi, careful of the seasonal produce (from borage to warecress, from lemons - always present in the garden - to elder), prepares fresh aromatic salads from the garden dressed with "extra vergine" olive oil. According to the season, we pick ecologically cultivated fruit we offer at breakfast buffet and after every meal.
Pots of origanum, chive, tarragon, pennyroyal, sage, lemon balm, thyme and other aromatic herbs are near our kitchen. Our idea is that the smells and the scents of our garden must be the kings of our dishes.
The wide selection of wines, cared with great love and competence by Cristiano, goes also in the same direction. Our cellar offers, indeed, an accurate choice of some of the best Italian wines, with special consideration for products of Tuscany. May is, moreover, devoted to tasting some typical Italian wines, because we believe that it represents the best possibility to make you know, apart from our enchanting isle, also the typical tastes and fragrances of our country.
